The mature products of hardware mould generally have two characteristics: large output and fast renewal period. Based on the characteristics of the product, when designing the hardware mold, we should integrate the mold structure and ideas in these two aspects, and say my personal feelings:

1. When designing the layout of the hardware mold, try to save materials as much as possible. Generally, the pitch product of the strip or the customer has been determined and cannot be changed. 2. During mold design, multiple processes shall be carried out in the same step as far as possible to shorten the mold length and eliminate the cumulative error caused by machining accuracy.

3. For those with strict requirements on bending angle / size, there shall be adjustment steps as far as possible. During adjustment, it only needs to be adjusted on the punch without dismantling the die.

In general, it is necessary to improve the stamping speed and dimensional stability and reduce the cost of a single product. The profit of a single product of hardware mold products is relatively low, which depends on high output to improve the overall profit.
